Personally I'm very proud of it.
First off, this could've used a bit more color and texture-it doesn't quite catch the eye and line-art is a bit sketchy for my taste.
Now on to the legs, I find that it's feet are unproportional considering the distance. They could also use a bit more flattening because unless it was your intent-they look like they're pinching the ground.
I do like the originality of this and that your signature is neat and out of the way, but noticeable.
The claws seem like they are a bit too stubby for such a scary creature though and the tail could use more of a point also.
I love the eye and I also like that this isn't as pixelly as the other peice I critiqued.
The arms are at a good angle and are exceptionally proportional, but seeing as this is a make-belief creature, proportional isn't always in the picture.
